MEET BECCA

With a passion for optimizing performance and enhancing physical well-being, Dr. Becca Ward specializes in working with strength enthusiasts. As a competitive powerlifter herself, she is the go-to for barbell sport athletes, including Powerlifting, Crossfit, Weightlifting, and Strongman. She is also passionate about working with active adults who are starting their strength training journey.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

  • 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Movement assessment

    Sport-specific rehabilitation

    Recommendations for programming modifications - option to collaborate with your trainer/coach

  • $165/ 1 hour session (packages available to bring per-session cost down)

    Please note: Iron Mind Rehab is an out-of-network physical therapy practice, which means you'll pay out of pocket.

    Pricing is always transparent! Packages are also available to decrease the per-session cost.

    Iron Mind Rehab does not communicate with insurance providers. There is a chance that you may be reimbursed for physical therapy through your “out of network” benefits. You may call the number on your insurance card, speak to a representative and ask to find out your “out of network” benefits for physical therapy. Be sure to ask if the insurance requires a special form to submit a claim for reimbursement. Iron Mind Rehab can provide a superbill (an itemized list of services) if requested.

    HSA/FSA & Superbills: We do accept HSA and FSA payment. If you call your insurance and find out you will receive reimbursement through “out of network” benefits, Iron Mind Rehab can provide you with a superbill by request.

We’ll reduce pain and discomfort by adjusting your training routine and/or use tools such as rehab exercises and manual therapy to accommodate the injury.
