MEET BECCA
With a passion for optimizing performance and enhancing physical well-being, Dr. Becca Ward specializes in working with strength enthusiasts. As a competitive powerlifter herself, she is the go-to for barbell sport athletes, including Powerlifting, Crossfit, Weightlifting, and Strongman. She is also passionate about working with active adults who are starting their strength training journey.

We’ll reduce pain and discomfort by adjusting your training routine and/or use tools such as rehab exercises and manual therapy to accommodate the injury.
STEP 2
BUILD IT BACK UP
Once pain levels are reduced and tissue healing is well on its way, it's time to make sure we build up resiliency and confidence again.
